To make it run you should only have to do this :
On the ECM you have a red/white wire at pins 48 and 50 they need 12v.
On the injection pump pin 7 red/ltgreen 12v.
Grounds are pin 6 (injection pump) and pins 30 and 49 on ECM, all are black/tan.
Then big wire to starter and neg to block and then jump the starter. The wait to start light is pin 37. That should be keyed power through the bulb and then the computer will ground it to turn it on.
