October updates at Morbid Rodz.
Just an update about all the exciting new things going on at Morbid Rodz. We are now offering brand new, hand fabricated frames for Ford Model A cars. The frame for a Sedan is priced at $4500.00 bare or $6500.00 as a roller. The Coupe and Roadster frame is priced at $4000.00 bare or $6000.00 as a roller.
There is a two week fabrication time between when a frame is ordered and when it is available for pickup or shipment. These frames are built as they are ordered and are only assembled using the best materials. Model A roadster powered by a 6 duece small block
Here’s another Model A roadster that’s coming together at Morbid Rodz. This one is a bit unique as it’s going to be powered by a small block Chevy engine topped with a vintage Weiand Drag Star 6 deuce intake. The carbs will be Ford/Holley 94′s and to complete the vintage look we’ve sourced a set of original Cal Customs finned valve covers. Everything has been mocked up and most of the car is now disassembled for final fit and finish work.
More upcoming Model A projects, the 69 Chevy parts hauler, and a Dodge Brothers coupe.
Here’s a peak at a couple more projects. One is a Model A 5 window coupe that’s been chopped and channeled and has a Jaguar IRS in the back. The other is a Model A roadster that will be kept semi-traditional and will be done highboy style.
Then we have the new shop truck/parts hauler, which is a 69 Chevy shortbed that has airbag suspension all the way around and rides on a sweet set of 20 inch wheels/tires. It’s powered by a fairly mild small block backed by an automatic and is a good daily driver. I’m sure it’ll stick around for a bit longer and then will be offered for sale online.
And lastly we have a few more pictures of Jesse Freelen’s Dodge Brothers coupe that we chopped the top on some time back. It’s almost finished and was at the cruise night on the square in downtown Paris this past Friday night.
Flat black Model A roadster
Here’s a few pictures of a recently finished Model A roadster. It’s powered by a 327 small block topped by a B&M supercharger. She rides on a set of wire wheels with white wall tires which give the car a unique look! The car was recently sold on Ebay and should be going off to a new home soon!
